At VAQ Trust, we are deeply grateful for every contribution made towards our charitable activities. As a nonprofit organization, we use your donations with the highest standards of accountability and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which donations may be refunded.

General Policy

All donations made to VAQ Trust via our website (www.vaqtrust.com) are considered final and non-refundable, unless there has been a clear error or unauthorized transaction.

Since the funds are used for urgent medical services (such as our free dialysis center) and ongoing charitable programs, we typically do not offer refunds once a donation is processed.

Refund Eligibility

We may consider a refund request under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate transactions or multiple charges for the same donation

  • Technical error causing unintended amount to be donated

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent donation made without the donor’s knowledge

To request a refund, please email us at vaqqatar@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the transaction. Please include:

  • Full name

  • Email used during donation

  • Donation date and amount

  • Transaction ID or payment reference

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the processing time of your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • We do not refund bank processing or gateway service charges.

  • Refunds are not issued for voluntary contributions made knowingly and correctly.
